So, your sink is piled with dishes...what now? Do you choose to ignore them or do you clean them up? If you ignore them, the pile will be bigger later. If you do them now, there will only be more to do later. What to do.....

Doing dishes grosses me out. I prefer to have the dishes at least rinsed right away. I've of the opinion that each diner at home should do this themselves. Unfortunately my opinion is mostly ignored. So when my sink looks like that, I will squirt some soap on, and fill it with hot water only. And let them soak until the water is cooled down enough to tolerate. By then they can easily be rinsed off.
When my dishes are really piled up, I ask my husband to do them! lol Is that awful?
